i went to highpoint berjaya at berjaya time square..
got my laptop back from there..
waited for almost 30mins long..
calvin lost patient.. lol..

service GOOD, laptop quality also very GOOD..
no charges are applied because it is a hardware problems..
think and think and think.. better don buy acer nextime.. XD

found RAM cause system to reboot, replace RAM and tested ok.
